Terms and Conditions for Studio Kids Family Daycare

Welcome to Studio Kids Family Daycare. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines governing the use of our daycare services.

By enrolling your child in our daycare services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our daycare services.

Registration and Enrollment
To enroll your child in our daycare services, you must complete our registration process and provide accurate and complete information about your child, including medical history and emergency contact information. You must also provide a valid photo ID of yourself and any authorized pick-up persons.

Fees and Payment
You are responsible for paying all fees associated with our daycare services, which are due on a weekly or monthly basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of daycare services. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off
You are responsible for dropping off and picking up your child at the designated times. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees. If someone other than yourself is authorized to pick up your child, you must notify us in advance and provide their valid photo ID.

Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that your child is in good health and free from contagious diseases before sending them to our daycare. We reserve the right to refuse service to any child who exhibits symptoms of illness or contagious disease. We also follow strict health and safety protocols, including handwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Behavioral Guidelines
We expect all children to treat others with respect and follow our behavioral guidelines, which include no hitting, biting, or bullying. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate daycare services for any child who consistently violates our behavioral guidelines.
